Quotes
Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability are confirmed at order placement.
Lead times
Lead times are counted from artwork approval, not from the date of inquiry or order confirmation. Seasonal periods (Diwali, New Year) may extend lead times; we will confirm exact timelines for your quantity and delivery city before you commit.
Branding & Mockups
You approve a digital branding mockup before production begins. Final appearance may vary slightly from mockups due to material and printing realities — we flag anything material during the approval process.
Invoicing & GST
All orders are invoiced with full GST documentation. Payment terms are confirmed per order.
Delivery
We deliver pan-India. Delivery timelines are confirmed at quote stage and depend on the destination city and season.
