Corporate gifting budget guide: what per-head amounts actually buy

How to set a per-head gifting budget that survives procurement review — and what each band realistically buys.

Start from the band, not the product

Most companies set a per-head number first, then hunt for products that fit. The bands that recur across Indian corporate gifting are under ₹500, under ₹1,000 and under ₹2,000 — and each buys a genuinely different kind of gift.

Under ₹500 buys useful daily items done properly: heavy-gauge mugs, thick cotton totes. Under ₹1,000 is the workhorse band — flasks, power banks, notebooks, desk tech that feel like real gifts. Under ₹2,000 moves into premium materials and executive registers.

What scales and what doesn't

At 200+ units, MOQ terms improve and per-head economics change — the same product at 50 units versus 300 units can move a band. Ask us for both numbers at inquiry; quotes are issued within one working day.

Don't let a tight per-head budget push you into trinkets. A ₹500 mug with a tone-on-tone logo out-lasts a ₹500 box of generic merchandise.

Make the case to procurement

Procurement needs: GST-compliant invoicing, clear MOQs, committed lead times, and a mockup approval step so nothing ships without sign-off. Those are standard on every order here — bring the numbers and the case writes itself.
