Short version: we collect only what's needed to quote you, we never sell or share it, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
What we collect
The inquiry form collects your company name, contact name, phone, email, occasion, deadline, and message. Your shortlist (products and quantities) travels with that form. We also collect basic, privacy-respecting analytics about page views (no cookies, no personal identifiers).
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry with a quote. Nothing else. We do not use the data for marketing, do not build profiles, and do not share it with anyone except as needed to fulfil your order (for example, courier partners).
What we never do
- We never display your details publicly.
- We never sell or rent your data.
- We never add you to mailing lists without asking.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months so we can serve repeat and seasonal orders, after which they are deleted. WhatsApp conversations are kept only in your and our chat history.
Your rights
You can ask us to correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you at any time by writing to hello@giftsredefined.com. We will act within one working day. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, this is your right to data erasure — no questions asked, no fees.
